This exhibition which opened last Friday at the Boathouse Gallery in Los Angeles features the work of artists who specialize in the lettering forms that have their own historical roots based in Los Angeles, dating back to the 1940’s. These unique lettering forms are now being widely recognized as a legitimate genre of fine art. This show brought to you by Smog Town features some of the best lettering artists in the world. Opening night was crazy, with tons of people from all walks of life, crowded the gallery. The energy in the air was electric, with the artists signing everything from black books, hats and even shoes. This show was definitely on for the ages.

Big fan of your work. So much attitude and character in your scripts. If you were to randomly do one in korea without telling no one. I would think “yo, that is big sleeps scripts” To be honest have you ever thought about showcasing your work here in Korea as well as your crew ? or asia. There is a growing interest in graffiti here in Korea not like Japan where its established an unique. I love manga graffiti. But Korea has yet to establish its own identity. That is what i feel. But older generation seem get all this as some childish game. However, it will be cool to see you in action around the world to be honest. Its an universal language. If you are doing a showcase in Korea please hit me up I am local after all and have the ability to put together events. peace.
